Yeah I think the boot button unlocks the boot. But you still have to push the button on the boot to open it. Lock the car and see if you can open the boot. It may depend how the remote is programmed too. I had different lock and unlock settings on my bf remote.

need to stop powering out of corners too early...
dont be gay. continue driving like that. its fun. more fun if you had manual, then you compression lock the rear so get the arse slighly out coming into corners, then balance the gas to keep just a slight angle coming out. people following you will get wood.
I just don't know if people like me. I know when they don't like me 'cause they'll say things like, 'Yeah, that's him, officer.'

trent: yeah, i might see if the service people can change the settings for the remote...

brendan: lol its good when you're trying to do it, but it sucks when you forget and just accelerate and then next thing you know the rears hanging out...
all i know is that the TC button is not being touched again any time soon...

oh yeah... tax man has been nice to me this year... so i'm thinking of getting a cat back exhaust and suspension soon... and then just sit on the rest of the money until i can afford the intake/fuel system/dump pipe/high flow cat/tune and get the rest of the stuff done in one hit... good idea or not?
so brendan get cracking on the suspension research asap!!! kthnxbi!! :D

Did you trade the TRD in at Denmac Ford?

If so, I saw it there this morning, they've got it parked right out the front of the lot.

I dont mind them, appreciate that ash likes stuff that's a bit different, but I reckon a classic 'big' wheel is the way to go on these cars.

yeah, i like the rim cause its the classic 'ford/holden' rim, but 15s (if they fit at all) would look stupid...
so 20s would fill the guard and i'll still get that old school look...

i'm open to any suggestions... but right now, they are the only ones i like that i've seen for this car...

Sorry to sound harsh Ash... but you know me, i don't beat around the bush...

Those wheels look fucking hideous!!! They would suit something like my dunger old ED Falcon with every panel a different variation on the original green. NOT a new car like that.

not a fan of those rims either... they would suit something old school.. not new like the FG...

i like the look of the 19" luxury pack XR wheels... 5 spoke.. fairly simple... the 50th anniversary falcon ones are even better.. they are the same but with the dark grey

i do like them... but every second ford has them these days.. :(

plus, the rims i get will be white, and i dont think they'll look good in white at all...

i agree Ash... every second Falcon you see has those wheels.. or the other FPV rims.... the Cobra rims probably wouldn't look too bad...

Wouldn't go as far to say those grey ones look fucken hideous....but yeh I don't like em much either :?

They don't suit a car as big as a Falcon dude. They'd look great as a 15 or 16" on something like a Fiesta, but blow them out to 20" and it just doesn't look right.
