Depending on the crapola modem u have, you can block/filter MAC addresses but you need to RTFM for that.

Do you know that ALL network devices that have mac addresses will have that noted/stickered on the outside? (exception being smartphones).

Lol, you're awesome Ryan, the 192.168.0.2 is the Dlink DAP-1522

The unknown 0.3 must be my phone as it coming up apple and disappears when I turn my Wifi off
I just don't know if people like me. I know when they don't like me 'cause they'll say things like, 'Yeah, that's him, officer.'

Probably a question for spite (though someone else may know), is it possible with adsl2+ to cap the maximum sync speed?

Not that it really matters, but if there is - Is there a way around it?

I used to sync @ 23mbit/s all day, every day with telstra, but iinet maxes out at 20320 regardless of what I tune the SNR to. It's not a big deal (20mb is hardly bad and speeds are more limited elsewhere), but its a curiousity thing which has been bugging me for a while now.

Post your DSL stats Graham and I will tell you :P

Aren't you on cable? Only way to get more than 2.5mbit/s (which is the leader in residential broadband) is to get NBN. LOLOLOL

Alternatively upload with a 4G wireless device and destroy your quota with facebook content :P

Yeah
I can usually get about 6-8MB/s dl on decent torrents. Downloads from apple/Microsoft/Telstra etc are pretty stupid quick.

Uploads are painful sometimes though.

What he lacked in labeling skills he made up for in being a nice guy. Lol.

Yeah It's great having a stable connection again. Shame I killed a modem though. :(
