S15 200sx - Touge Motorsports Moulded Undertray
Recently I purchased a radiator undertray from Touge Motorsport in Sydney. If you've ever installed a front mount intercooler into an S15 - you'll know why I bought one.
So here's a bit of background. An S15 from the factory has a plastic tray underneath that bolts to the bottom of the engine. This tray extends all the way to the front bar. I presume it's there to help keep airpressure to the radiator.
When you install a front mount intercooler - chances are you need to remove the section of the tray that covers the gap from the bottom of the radiator to the front bar. This is because this section of tray has a moulded "rise" in it - that prevents it going back on once you have a dirty great big intercooler sitting in its way.
